STUDENTS ATTENDANCE

It is important that a student attends their assigned lesson at the time given to them. If a student is unable to attend a class, please call our centre 24 hours prior to the class time. Our admin team will arrange a replacement class. You can do so by telephone or via WhatsApp. Replacement class time will be assigned according to the availability of our tutors. We allow one replacement class per month.

TUTOR & PARENT DISCUSSIONS

INtuition will not provide the tutor’s personal mobile number to parents. All tutor / parent discussions can be carried out at our centre, at a mutually agreed time facilitated by the administration team.

TUITION PACKAGES

The packages available for purchase are 10, 20 and 30 respectively, with an expiration period of 4, 5 and 6 months consecutively. You will receive an email notification one month prior to the expiry date of your package.
